Summary of Presentation

Our ability to connect consciously, and be able to show up as our authentic selves takes a constant practice of self awareness and strength. Do I know who I am as a leader? As a person? Am I willing to show up as that person in order to live, lead and work with purpose and meaning? Am I willing to have difficult conversations? Hold myself and others accountable? We will lean into the practices, concepts and tools in order to feel empowered and inspired!

Learning Objectives

Participants should gain an increased awareness and understanding of:

{l)Think through processes in which we uncover what we need to learn and unlearn. Incorporate simple self-awareness practices into our daily lives so it becomes natural and a habit.

{2)Reflect upon ourselves in order to gain more conscious awareness, to be able to look for the lessons, we are always in a constant state of learning and growing

{3 )Ability to set clear, accountable expectations around performance and behavior. To be confident in the ability to confront difficult, awkward issues quickly with clarity, charity, and resolve.

**At the end of each EIHRA Membership meeting, our goal would be to send the presentation to all registered members. Please let us know if you are not in agreement with this.
