Title of Presentation

Leading with Whole-Body Intelligence: The 3N Model for Listening to Validate

Summary of Presentation

In this interactive session, participants will explore the difference between listening to fix and listening to validate, discovering how validation can transform both communication and problem-solving. Through the 3N Model—Notice, Name, Navigate—leaders will refine their communication, deepen relationships, and enhance team dynamics by embracing a more empathetic, curious, and innovative mindset.

By focusing on validation, leaders foster psychological safety, where team members feel seen, heard, and believed. The 3N Model provides a practical framework for noticing and recognizing emotions, naming feelings, and navigating responses, allowing leaders to harness Whole-Body Intelligence—the integration of cognitive skills with body awareness.

This approach equips leaders to:

  • Enhance emotional regulation and co-regulation.
  • Build resilience through somatic (body) awareness.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, validating leadership style that boosts team performance by engaging both the mind and body in decision-making.

This program is ideal for leaders seeking to deepen their Whole-Body Intelligence and transform their approach to communication and problem-solving.

Learning Objectives

Participants should gain an increased awareness and understanding of:

Key principles of somatic (body) awareness and its relevance to personal and professional development.
The 3N Model (Notice, Name, Navigate) in real-life scenarios to enhance communication and problem solving.
Their personal experiences with whole-body intelligence and identify specific areas for growth
