TW Training Presents: Navigating the New Normal
Telework is not for everyone! Some people prefer to work in another location other than work, some prefer to be in the office, and others do not have the option to work elsewhere due to the functions of their job. As some of you know that are already working remotely, there are many things to take into consideration for you and your team members when teleworking. For example, how do you balance offsite and onsite work? How do you know if people are being productive? What should be expected from team members and what should they expect from you, their leader? Please join me in answering these questions and others you may have during this session.
Learning Objectives
- If telework is the right option for you or your team
- What team members and leaders need from each other when teleworking
- Defining expectations and outcomes for maximum team productivity
