Lisa Lahr, MA, IADC, LMHC is a Counselor at Mercy Medical Center- Cedar Rapids working in the Family Counseling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Lisa works directly with businesses to support employees with their mental, emotional, and personal wellbeing to continue to be a vital part of their work teams through counseling, presentations, trainings and management consultation. With previous experience working in substance use treatment, counseling dislocated workers under a grant from the Dept. of Labor, corporate and community relations, Lisa brings a unique prospective in working with today’s worker and their employers. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), certified as an International Alcohol & Drug Counselor (IADC) and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)
