Erin Brown, is the Senior HR and Training Consultant with Skywalk Group. She is a skilled trainer, speaker, facilitator, coach, and mentor with a passion for helping people achieve a higher potential.
She has experience facilitating trainings, coaching sessions, and mentoring in a variety of industries including manufacturing, health care, information technology, construction, agriculture, and architecture. Her experience has provided opportunities to work with executive leaders, mid-level management, supervisors and individual contributors.
Erin has over 13 years of experience working in Human Resources in strategy planning, training and development, employee relations, performance management, benefit administration, recruiting, and risk management. She currently holds certifications with SHRM and HRCI.

Summary of Presentation
In this session we’ll review what to consider when business needs call for a Reduction In Force, how to manage the process, and discuss the people side of things for optimal success moving forward.
Participants should gain an increased awareness and understanding of:
(1) The Planning Process of a Reduction In Force
(2) Executing on a Reduction In Force
(3) What happens after the RIF and how to support the remaining team members.
