This workshop presents the keys to improving accountability so that your team will be better at execution, follow through, and achieving improved overall performance. Our highly qualified presenter will identify the barriers to improved accountability and provide you with something most have never had a class on or access to in their entire life: A Process For Getting Results Through Effective Accountability!

- The Formula for SPEED! Why an appropriate relationship (professional etc) is the foundation for success
- The three levels of accountability and when to use each one.
- An Accountability Pre-Flight Checklist and post-flight action plan that will ensure you are prepared and we get it done.
Accountability has a bad reputation for being a hammer-down issue intended to make somebody feel bad and effective accountability that gets results isn’t that at all. Accountability into Execution can improve relationships, create healthy dialogue that solves real problems and become a positive force for ensuring positive consequences for superior performance!

Ted Garnett is the author of AccountaCution: Accountability Into Execution and co-author of Build the Culture Advantage: Deliver Sustainable Performance with Clarity and SPEED! as well as the corporate training video NO EXCUSES: Foundations for Accountability, Ethics, and Values. He is the President of PS Culture Matters, a SaaS based culture assessment and culture process improvement firm.
Ted holds a BA Degree in Business Administration: Human Resources and Business Communications. He is certified in Return On Investment and his Firm is partnered with the ROI Institute founded by world-renowned ROI experts Jack and Patti Phillips. Ted is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the National Society for Human Resources Management.
