This workshop presents the keys to improving accountability so that your team will be better at execution, follow through, and achieving improved overall performance. Our highly qualified presenter will identify the barriers to improved accountability and provide you with something most have never had a class on or access to in their entire life: A Process For Getting Results Through Effective Accountability!
- The Formula for SPEED! Why an appropriate relationship (professional etc) is the foundation for success
- The three levels of accountability and when to use each one.
- An Accountability Pre-Flight Checklist and post-flight action plan that will ensure you are prepared and we get it done.
Accountability has a bad reputation for being a hammer-down issue intended to make somebody feel bad and effective accountability that gets results isn’t that at all. Accountability into Execution can improve relationships, create healthy dialogue that solves real problems and become a positive force for ensuring positive consequences for superior performance!
What You’ll Learn:
- How to ensure a positive approach even when negative consequences might be necessary.
- How to set up the accountability tough talks to get total results.
- How to move from one level to another and what to think about at each level.
- How to keep the focus on the problem rather than excuses or emotions.
