Do the words change, resolutions, or even habits make you cringe? What about goals, routines and self-care? A resolution is just a goal when you break it down to its simplest terms. And forming a new habit can be as easy as creating a routine that helps you to focus on your goals.
Frequently, we think of self-care as unattainable time carved out of our day and it requires elaborate plans like a day or weekend at a spa. Self-care can be as simple as recognizing what gives you energy, what depletes your energy and being aware that you need time for replenishing your energy. Self-care can be setting routines that make your day easier.
Using some tricks from experts, Nikole will help you breakdown ways to create new habits and routines in steps so small that you can’t help but achieve them!
Following this session:
You will be able to look at larger goals and break them into bite-size, doable steps.
You will think of your goals and desired outcomes for your personal growth in similar terms for how you pursue your occupational goals.
You’ll understand how routines that can increase both your self-care and productivity and be able to start creating routines that work for you.
