Speaker Biography
Michelle Gnida is a Master Trainer/ Regional Manager for Dale Carnegie Training. She partners with organizations as a coach and trainer to help team members clearly see where they are today and accomplish the amazing possibilities within their reach.
Because evolving takes guts, Michelle creates a safe environment, with intense coaching and practice, so individuals can practice the hard stuff, and develop the skills that really matter.
Michelle lives near Solon and is a graduate of the University of Iowa. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Andy and 3 kids, Louis, Zeb and Eleanor, water skiing and competing in local trialthlons.

Summary of Presentation
Organizations achieve results when individuals can work effectively together across the enterprise – regardless of formal leadership role or department. It is essential to earn buy-in from stakeholders affected by the proposed change or initiative. The first phase focuses on stakeholder trust, leadership presence, and developing rapport. In this workshop we will learn and practice the first step or the first phase.
