Research says over 50% of people who leave a job blame it on a direct manager or
supervisor. Add to that we are living in divisive and divided times. Racism,
xenophobia, politics, are a few reasons we are polarized. Now more than ever we
need to come together. It can be done! When people come together in harmony things
get done, people are more engaged, absenteeism is lowered by 41%, productivity
boosts by 17%, and turnover lowers by 24%. I call this worktopia.
Worktopia is a vibrant, energetic culture which brings people who look think and believe different together in
harmony, bringing out the best in everyone. An organization’s diversity & inclusive culture does not happen nor
is put onto a positive path of growth by accident. It must be intentionally built and maintained. In this session
you learn the R.U.L.E. of Harmony.
