Doug Ward brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles, where he has been focused on delivering outstanding customer service and employee experiences. As the former Vice President of Support Excellence at Comcast/NBCUniversal, he led teams of over 4,000 people and developed strategies and programs that prioritized operational success and human-centered leadership.

Doug is the founder of Elevating Everyone, a consulting firm that helps optimize workplace culture to improve operational results. He is widely recognized for his authentic speaking style that resonates with a broad audience, making him an effective communicator. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Bethel University. He currently resides with his family in Charleston, SC.
